About A Raisin in The Sun
Returning to A Raisin In The Sun after ten years has been a major highlight of 2015.  In 2004, when TAG was still in its infancy, Raisin was produced for the first time at TAG.  That experience has stayed with me all these years.  It was a part of our ongoing program of one African American play each year.  It was one of the few plays that was not written by August Wilson.  Later this year we will be celebrating our completion of all 10 plays of Wilson’s Pittsburgh Cycle.  You won’t want to miss this original tribute to one of America’s best loved playwrights, created by Frankie Enos, Rebecca McCarthy and former cast members.  Only three performances December 4, 5, & 6.
